Each new year starts off with a bang, and it's not just from the popping of Champaign corks when the clock strikes midnight, it's also from the sense of renewal, possibility, and an opportunity to make the next year better then the last.

With this sense of possibility it's no wonder it's a time for resolutions, and on New Year's day I found myself making some of my own. The goal for myself is to get more regular physical activity, and to assist my husband in his resolution to quit smoking. We have also resolved to save more money, so between the two of us we have covered off the usual top three resolutions that people make. The key now is to not give up on these resolutions as we embark into 2011.

To help make my resolutions a reality, I have found some helpful links that I would like to share, and please share any tips or links that you think may be helpful to me or to others. For the saving money resolution, I suggest watching the TV show “Till Debt do us Part”.

All the best for 2011!
