Canadian Patient Safety Week

Canadian Patient Safety Week, started by the Canadian Patient Safety Institute, increases awareness of patient safety issues and aims to share information about best practices in patient safety with health care providers, patients and their families.

The theme of Canadian Patient Safety Week – Ask. Listen. Talk. – promotes the importance of communication between and among patients, clients, consumers and providers, and applies to all health care settings and sectors.
