The WebEx Leadership Action Series: Creating a Culture of Person Centered Health is the first North America-wide program dedicated to a Person Centered Health approach to healthcare transformation.
Join us for a WebEx Webinar session on "Innovative Ways (and some pretty BASIC ways) to Engage Patients in Improving their Health" -- as part of the Person Centered Health series to talk about the ideas we all have, and the actions we are all implementing, to improve health care. We have started to gather the resources, and now we need some of your energy, to help catalyze a true transformation in health care.
Changing healthcare can include the small changes we each make every day, to monumental changes and transformations. We have created a team of motivated organizations and individuals, to change health from 'THE INSIDE, OUT', and we want you to be a part of this process!
