What do you cook up when a loved one isn't feeling well? What dish has healing power?

When we're sick a particular comfort food can help us on the road to recovery, and it's usually not hospital Jello. For me, it's mac and cheese - I'll eat it over anything else, homemade or KD!

What do you cook up when a loved one isn't feeling well? What dish has healing power? Maybe it's something you remember your mom making for you as a kid?

My home made, thick, low sodium, chicken noodle egg drop soup. It works wonders for a chest or head cold.
