The Saint Elizabeth Health Care Foundation has just completed the New Leader recruitment for the Building Bridges to Better Health program for Chronic Disease Self-Management.
Congratulations to the 19 leaders selected from among all roles and service delivery areas at Saint Elizabeth Health Care.
There were over 40 applications to become a program leader. The interests and passions of all of those who applied are sincerely appreciated and noted.
Further leadership opportunities will be posted in the future as the program continues to expand to new audiences and new communities.
The February leader training will take place at the School of Thought located at the corporate office.
From February 8th - February 11th: 8:30am - 4:30pm.
In order to become a certified program leader, one must participate in the full training hours.
